In Afton Downs, it pays to have a beautiful yard!
Each month, (except in the Winter) the ACC goes on a search to find
the best yard in the neighborhood. Upon finding a winner, the coveted
Yard of the Month sign is displayed in the winning yard, and if the
owners of the winning yard are paid members of the Association, they receive
a $17 movie pass for two, dinner for two or a free car wash.
Nominations for Yard of the Month
As an Afton Downs homeowner and paying member of the Association, we invite you to help us select potential candidates who work work to maintain their yards. Please complete
this form and place it in the mailbox of Fara Gindin at 5110 Afton Way, by the 10th of every month. We will tally all your votes, assess the properties and award the winning yard with our coveted Yard of the Month award and a special gift to the homeowners in appreciation of their hard work.
